Chocolate Whisky Gateau
The chocolate whisky gateau was a success, though using “real” chocolate means that next time we need to add more whiskey (well, I thought so!). A garnish of blackcurrants was the perfect accompaniment.
Chocolate lights me up. I love it. I'm sure it all started with my mum eating loads of Mars Bars when she was pregnant with me, but I inherited my dad's love for the dark stuff. Chocolate makes me happy. I live, eat and breathe chocolate and especially love sharing chocolate discoveries with people. I live in London, which I love, especially for the amazing chocolate sold here.
